Most items in our collection which are shown in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 days of your placing the order and will be subsequently delivered within 3-7 days based on your location. The items which are marked on order are exclusive made to order pieces which are hand made according to your custom requirements may take 10 – 15 days to dispatch and subsequently 3-7 days to be delivered according to your shipping location. Please read the details available about the expected delivery times on the product page carefully before placing the order.
Shipping charges will be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product. Hosley Global offers free domestic shipping on some of our products. Hosley Global reserves the right to change/discontinue its shipping policy without prior notice to the customers. Any change will be correspondingly reflected on the site and the product catalogue. Please note that the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. Return shipping charges in all cases is to be borne by the customer.
Free shipping is offered to customers in India if the order value is ₹5000 and above.
In case you are placing an order to Gift the product to your loved ones then get in touch with our customer team to inform them of the same. For such products we will ensure that the packaging slip / invoice / tags would not include any pricing, discount or payment information. The invoice and pricing information if any will be emailed to purchaser directly and not be sent along with the delivery to the product recipient. Gift wrapping service is complimentary.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding government declared national and state holidays.
Hosley Global will not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal/zip code. In case of incomplete or incorrect address we might have to get the product reshipped and would have to charge you for the shipping costs again. So please make sure you provide us with the correct and complete address at the time of placing the order.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS:
You can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by getting in touch with us. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order. In case the product has to be reshipped then Hosley Global will have to charge you the shipping costs again.
TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian Customers Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
